Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
All the pictures in the Webshop are taken of real products, but depending on the batch and the computer monitor, etc., there may be color differences between the picture and the real product.
If you consume some products regularly and for a long time, it may happen that the color, taste, etc. of some products may change over time - be somewhat different. This is normal and it depends on the batches, the climate in the growing area of the particular product during its growing season, the intensity of the sun during drying, how much time has passed since picking and drying.
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. Prices include VAT (20%). The price includes a fee for delivering the goods.
The fee for delivering the goods is determined by the price list of the respective service provider. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.
Payment Methods and Order Fulfillment
Payment is made by bank transfer or through a bank link. In the case of the bank link, you select the bank you use, after which you will be directed directly to the online bank with a pre-filled payment form. This payment method is the fastest and easiest.
The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account. The buyer's order will be fulfilled within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account. Orders are delivered to parcel machines.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Goods are sent to Itella Smartpost parcel machines within Estonia.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Free shipping applies to the buyer if the order amount exceeds 50 euros.
Shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
Right of withdrawal
Products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are raw consumer goods. In case of wrong address, you will have to pay the shipping fee again after shipping and return.
Note: All expiration dates must be considered in the event of shipping to the wrong address and returning to us. We are not responsible for expired products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you when the refund is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
In order to return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted by e-mail. The statement must contain the Buyer's name and contact information, order number, method and date of receiving the goods, reason for withdrawal, and send it to the e-mail address: email@example.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
In the event that the Buyer does not pick up the parcel machine for his order, the Online Store is under no obligation to complete the order again, a second time. Non-acceptance of the goods (order) is equated with fulfillment of the goods (order). These cases will be resolved by separate agreement, but they are not subject to a time commitment by the Online Store, and all costs associated with a new order will be reimbursed by the Online Store Buyer.
The right to file a claim
The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions or for a defect that already existed at the time of handing over the item.
Claims regarding delivered quantities, quality, etc. must be submitted no later than 72 hours after receiving the goods. Unfortunately, later claims cannot be considered. The claim must be sent to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org If necessary, add pictures explaining the claim.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to replace the goods, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 working days.
Direct marketing and personal data processing
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the buyer's order.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
If the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address: email@example.com
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
